In today's world, there is no way we can just sit still. Especially in today's world, where remaining stationary can not only result in physical atrophy, but can also set a person back immensely in both social and cultural terms. Simply speaking, our society today, such as it is, thrives and survives on the ability and necessity to move and engage in motion. Keeping still can ultimately result in lost opportunities and missed information. Because of all this movement, it is very important that our electronics are as portable as we need them to be.

Because it can surf the net while not necessarily connected to it with wires and cables, it can give you the information you need as quickly and as importantly as you need it. Again, the Sony PSP is another device that does not keep its user locked in one location.
